Fabric is sewn to form a decorative pouch for the 3 pounds per cubic foot, nominal 2” thick fiberglass core. A stainless steel reinforcing rod prevents sagging at the attachment points. Brass eyelet’s provide points for hanging. Most commercial polyester fabrics are suitable for banners. Other fabrics need approval before manufacture.

Decorative chain, fishing line, wire or any method, suitable for the condition, can be used for hanging. Plated jack chain is the most commonly used item by installers.
